Systems for Automatic Customer Support Operations (SACSO)
http://www.cs.auc.dk/research/DSS/Research/Projects/SACSO/index.html
The target applications of the project are networked printer systems. Complete troubleshooters for several HP printers have been developed, and are going to be offered to end-users as web-based e-service applications. The introduction of such e-services is expected to significantly reduce the need for customer support operations provided by human call agents.
