The site is managed by World Interactive Television of London, England, where astrologers are respected professionals. WITV established its US office in Santa Fe, New Mexico, which has a strong astrological community. Of her staff astrologers, Levy says, "These are among the top of the Profession in the United States, who command substantial fees for their personal readings. U.S. Office Manager Andrew Mackintosh oversees a complex network system, housed in a cheery building near Canyon Road's famous art galleries. The site is capable of delivering streaming video and voice data to most computers on the internet.
