On August 19, 1995, Ventura California surgeon Dr. Roger Leir and his surgical team, along with Houston alien contact investigator and Certified Hypnotherapist Derrel Sims, removed three highly anomalous "implants" from two people, a man and a woman who had experienced what they believed to be alien-UFO related events in their life.

As Paranormal Investigators, we stopped at Rachal, Nevada in 1996 because this was the closest town to Area 51. We met a young man who claimed to be a Historical Observer who had an alien device implant in his sinus cavity that recorded the events that were taking place on the earth. He provided us with some x-rays showing this alien implant and told us a most interesting tale of an alien invasion in 1999.

We present, in these pages, a novel theory on Atlantis that will, if accepted, cause a revolution in the fields of archaeology and the human sciences, rendering them fit for the encroaching Millennium. Atlantis was never found because we have all been looking in the wrong places. Realizing that, we started to look for the spot where an entire sunken continent could be hiding itself. Geology afforded the correct, irrefutable answer: down under the South China Sea, that is where. The rest followed quite naturally and, in fact, far more serendipitously than we ourselves could ever have imagined beforehand.

Black helicopters are part of a conspiracy theory, prevalent among the American militia, that claims that special silent running "black" helicopters are used by secret agents of the New World Order, United Nations troops preparing to invade the United States of America, and/or the Men in Black. Thinking they were under surveillance by "black helicopters", the Militia of Montana once tried to shoot down a National Guard helicopter on a training mission which flew over a ranch owned by fugitive militia leader Calvin Greenup. Parapsychologist John Keel has argued that this theory has origins similar to those of UFOs, ghosts and fairies, i.e. that they are part of modern mythology; in this case, representing a fear of the government and its technology.

On October 2nd 1999 at approximately 8.30pm a gentleman called Mr. Steve Clark contacted MAPIT with a report of a Black Helicopter over his house. He had been sitting in his lounge watching TV when he heard a thunderous noise coming from outside. Interested in Aviation and living in the area of a flight path to Manchester International Airport, Mr. Clark investigated the strange noise. He went outside and looked up. Directly above his house was a very strange helicopter. He described it as ‘insect looking’ with bits sticking out of it. Mr. Clark stood in his garden watching it for about 2 minutes, when suddenly the noise of its engine seemed to just stop.

EDITOR'S NOTE: During the summer months, the Napa Sentinel published a series of articles on black helicopters and a clandestine government base operating in Napa County. Through nationwide radio programs and other contacts, the Sentinel has been able to accumulate substantial information to show that Napa was not exclusive in the helicopter-clandestine base scenario. THE PARANORMAL IS easily hoaxed. Pranksters and the overzealous have, over the years, manufactured fake photographs, recordings, video and evidence for paranormal events. The intent of the prankster, usually, is to try to make fools of paranormal investigators by getting them to accept or at least investigate false evidence. Overzealous "believers" also have falsified evidence in a wayward attempt to convince the unbelievers that paranormal phenomena are real, or to seek fame.

In 1897 Alexander Hamilton, of Yates Center, Kansas, came out of his house to discover a cigar shaped UFO was hovering over his farm. Humanoids in the ship had a rope around one of Hamilton's calves and were trying to winch it aboard. This story appeared in the Yates Center local newspaper along with statements from leading citizens vouching for Hamilton's honesty. For almost a hundred years it was considered one of the best documented UFO cases on the books. The only problem with it was that it was a hoax.

Middle Ages, France During the Middle Ages, dozens of outbreaks of hysterical fits and imitative behaviors were reported among repressed nuns in cloistered European Christian convents. "Volunteers" were often forced by their parents into joining religious orders against their will and to lead celibate lives that included vows of poverty and demanding physical labor (Madden 1857). During this time it was widely believed that humans could be possessed by certain animals, such as wolves. In France, cats were particularly despised as they were considered familiar with the Devil (Darnton 1984). It was perhaps this context that triggered an unusual episode of collective behavior, described in the passage below.

MJ12 Documents One of the most controversial documents to be uncovered in the anals of UFO research is called the MJ Documents. These documents were left under Jaime Shandera home door (as I recall reading) by an unknown source in 1984. At this Mr. Shandera was a producer in the Los Angeles area and was working with Bill Moore, to undercover the secret about the UFOs. At this time, Bill Moore was working with scientist Stanton Friedman and so the three of these men upon receiving these documents did extensive research. These documents have been re- published in a Richard Hall's book, "Uninvited Quests" as well as "Crash at Corona" by Stanton Friedman and Don Berliner in 1992. Mr. Friedman believes based on other documents they found in the National Archieve that the documents are geninue and other researchers have found some inconsistancies with page number and type face of the 1950's.

The SOM-01-1 manual arrived in the mail to Don Berliner as a roll of film from an anonymous source. This immediately raises suspicions, since there is no identifiable source whose veracity and reputation can be checked and no original documents that can be subjected to forensic analysis. The manual has been carefully examined by the undersigned parties, whose collective experience includes military service in all three major branches; processing and handling of highly classified military documents; analysis and reporting on Government documents of various types; historical scholarship; and extensive knowledge of military, government, and UFO affairs.
