Chartered local body of the OTO. An initiating body which gives both private and public classes and lectures to assist the Order in promulgating the Law of Thelema.

Hosts O.T.O. ceremonies, classes and social networking events among Thelemites and occultists in Victoria. Also periodically produces ritual theater for the interested public, and to the support of other projects that develop and extend Thelemic culture.
