These are very CLEAR, still photos; this type of craft if entirely new to me!

The gamer in me wants to yell out "Thats Bullet Bill from Mario".

But anyways, that is quite the strange craft indeed. One I've also never seen either.

It's trajectory gives the impression it's not a model rocket of any sort. So that possibly rules that out.

I want to say while it's a true mystery, it's origin seems is earthly. But If this craft isn't using any sort of traditional stabilization and control found on other known aircraft. I wouldn't rule out the idea of borrowed, reversed engineered, or directly copied tech from an non-earthly source.
