Well I don't know the exact reported what can be, but here (Europe) and from long ago I always heard about a different value.
Usually is told something about 11,500 meters (37,730455501 feet) and this from about 25-30 years ago. I don't know if something happened during all these years, but... why different measures? There is a big amount netween them...

Yes, I have done some research since I've las t spoken and found that robotices are able to reach depths unfathenable by man or sub, but this technology has only been with us for a short time, and there are millions of miles of underwater lands that need to be examined.

Plus I was wondering, if there are such things as a alien base below our waterways, are we able to see them even if we have the capability to travel that far down.

Remember some things can be right in front of you this moment and you wouldn't be able to identify it.
Optical illusion is still being tested by us, but other races have known of this ability for years and can use it as they please, where we are still leaning, a magic show it's not.

I believe they walk among us, but you don't see them, their vessels or ship are here on our lands but you don't see them, maybe we are not old enough to understand their abilities.

We have come a long way in technology for us in the past one hundred years, but for them who are keeping an eye on us, we are still only infants.

Their technology would be completely mind boggling to us, it would be like us sending a new born baby to medical school.

We are still learning and we must remember that their technology is way beyond anything any person on this planet could ever imaging in our life time.

Unidentified we can understand to a point, it's the unknown that gets us.

Until lata'

Jeff

Marianna trench. 10,911 meters, 35,798 feet deep. 6.78 miles. Over 1000 miles long. If they find anything down there they aren't going to tell you anyway.

That is very deep water and we don't know how to get down there other than via robotics and even robotics are going have a problem at 35,798 feet.

That is one hell of a lot of pressure, enough to crush just about anything we could send down there, but ET have no problem at any depth.

Surely they can't have problems of that kind or they never could be here... Also in space you find similar conditions and even worse 'cause temperature goes down to absolute zero...instant freezing!

temperature never goes down to absolute 0. It is roughly around 4K. Still rather cold if you ask me.

Well, try to go out of this planet and you will tell us if it is absolute 0 or what...
Surely is not concerning the planet Earth or in the deeper sea of it.

The LHC laboratory is using a temperature very near to the spatial one, as they wrote in more articles.

Quote:
temperature in space is approximately 2.725 Kelvin. That means the universe is generally just shy of three degrees above absolute zero – the temperature at which molecules themselves stop moving. That’s almost -270 degrees Celsius, or -455 Fahrenheit.

LHC uses liquid helium to cool things to 1.9 Kelvin

absolute 0 is unachievable as it would require to take all the energy out of every single atom
electrons would stop moving etc
