Something that seems rarely never to be covered by the Books, Movies, TV Doco's Web sites etc is the importance of being safe while hunting down the answers.

one Forum member here on this site mentions tips to be safe from Spirits when one is hunting the paranormal.

but has anyone read tips on how be safe while hunting UFO's or how to be safe from more traditional dangers?

sure it's a grand idea to check out that haunted house down spooky lane, just off Erie Lake Road.
but have you thought about the up keep of the house? or the wildlife roaming the woods surrounding the House?

or perhaps that suburban Block of Flats, is it used by a local Gang for anything? Maybe the area is frequented by Police/Security Patrols.. or worse, is used by the local Junkies.
any one of these could wind up seeing you lead the Haunt, instead of the Hunt..

so be safe, don't go alone or if you must, make sure someone knows where you are going and when you are returning.
know the area and wild life (human as well as non-human)
and best of all, where ever possible get permission to be on the site.

This has been a public announcement from your friendly neighborhood Bardsidhe*
