At What Level in our Government is the Truth Known?

By Dennis G. Balthaser

In previous editorials I have addressed my concern about whom in our government (and possibly in the military), has the authority to withhold information about UFOs. Information is being withheld not only from the public, (who in most cases, pay the salaries of these individuals through taxes), but also to our leaders, some of which are in the highest positions of our government. Most presidents since Harry Truman have shown an interest in getting the information public, only to be stone walled and not given the information.

I'd presume that the Leader of the country, the President would have 'no' idea.

There would be sectors/departments that just have a name or number that is so top top top top secret, that no one even talks about it. It'll be funded by the population but those who you think are in power... probably have no real idea. It is safer that way. Thas is what they think. They like people under control.

If there was an immediate threat or attack, then those whom you elected to be in power eg President, would probably be briefed and then they would read a message to be replayed to the people of their country. A message that would briefly tell you what was going on but would try to keep you calm and under control at the same time. So sad. But that is how it is. And they will always deny it. 8-)

Do you think ALL Presidents are somebody's puppets?

I think there would be a list that had more Presidents on the puppet side than the 'other' side. But that is just my opinion.

I, sadly, think I tend to agree with you.

Secrets are only known to those who need to know and the only people who need to know are the one's creating the secrets or doing secret things that are secret.

Virtually no one knows, other than a few individuals.

Politicians are not usually privy to secrets unless they are personally involved in a particular secret.

No... don't think I've ever heard of it. At least not by that name.

I'm lazy so I found a site that can explain it for me.

I had an idea that this is the way the "whispers game" is played. We played it in school, used it as a tool to show how a simple phrase when repeated several times morphs into something (usually) totally different from the original phrase. It was a tool used to show how "rumors" get started, and take on an untrue life of their own.
