I want to lose weight fast because I am looking now over weight and doing some work out but it does not work for me. so please tell me how i can lose my weight fast?

Well I think that before pèosting a loto of posts on this forum you should check yourself, 'cause you gave the answer! You started with back pain and ended with weight. Did you never tried to think all in the body in in relation? Your weight is in relation with your spine and more weight you will acquire, more your spine will suffer..! Is it enough? But I think you should ask the same in a medical forum.....

Effective weight loss by eating pickled ginger every morning
This is extremely simple way to lose weight from fresh ginger , simply combine fresh ginger and apple cider vinegar. The combination of the two ingredients fresh ginger and apple cider vinegar works very well in fat, along with clean burning fat, filtered and waste products excreted from the body faster.
