[tongue] Hi Bergle
Looked for other descriptions of mothman on the net. Found that most all of them followed the same route from the eye witnesses. I'm afraid I can't add to much to their accounts. An old friend of mine named Gray Barker did some investigating into the matter. But Gray was a modern P.T. Barnum and would sometimes invent things to sell books. His investigation didn't do much either. Everything I've learned so far still leads me to believe that the mothman was a reincarnated pterasaur. The height was in excess of 7 ft. Now if a 4 ft. pterasaur had a 10ft wing span, and they were folded up with the critter perched in a tree or on the ground, the wings would be above the head which would give it the extra height. The red eyes I'm not sure of, but who knows what color eyes a pterasaur had. Critters have been seen in PA. Md. NY and Ohio that fit the pterasaur profile. Are they really extinct? I can't answer that one. When human footprints have been found along side of dino prints, I'm not sure of anything anymore. ___
